Pearl/Tree/Dove Oyster Mushroom - Pleurotus ostreatus

Versatile Fruiting Range: Among the most prolific fruiting strains, thriving across a wide temperature window.

Many Varieties: Many commercial strains available based on physical characteristics for many regional and seasonal options.

Temperature Tolerance: While the best fruiting occurs between 50-80°F (10-27°C), it can even produce at temperatures as high as 95°F (35°C) great for summer.

Outdoor Compatibility: Outdoors it's a successful fruiter on various hardwood species including oak, sweetgum, and poplar.

Year-Round Indoor Growth: This strain thrives year-round indoors, forming thick, beautiful clusters.

Grey Oyster Mushroom

Sporeless Oyster Mushroom - Pleurotus ostreatus

Sporeless: A unique oyster mushroom variant that does not produce spores.

Development Origin: Created through experimental crossbreeding of oyster mushroom strains, resulting in a brown-colored oyster mushroom variety.

Worker-Friendly: Ideal for large-scale farming operations where spore loads can be a concern for worker health. The absence of spore production reduces the risk of lung problems associated with spore exposure.

Temperature Range: Colonization 70-80°F(21-27°C), Fruiting 55-75°F(13-24°C).

Temperature Range: Colonization 70-75°F (21-24°C), Fruiting 35-50°F(2-10°C).

Warm Blue Oyster

Wide Temperature Range: Thrives in temperatures ranging from 50-80°F, with the ability to tolerate as high as 95°F.
